Was initially kinda skeptical that the liushabao offered at this buffet would be mediocre or even just meh, but no it was legit! 👍

Headed down for Sakura's Dinner buffet, and I was pleasantly surprised! Loved the oyster omelette, split prawn, Liu sha bao and egg tart. However, the second time I went down, food was lukewarm and very haphazard, and top-ups took a while. Still a lot better than the old SAKURA though! Paid around $35 per pax for dinner

Rainbow cakes at a buffet! Yay! It was moist, soft and fluffy! There's tons of food here for lunch there's prawn mee, chicken rice, laksa, pizza, pasta, sushi, LOTSA cakes and other desserts

Sakura has just revamped their international buffet menu with it's 8 new food counters, featuring cuisines from different countries! Food that you can't miss are:
1. Boston lobster & argentine red prawns Hokkien mee (what in the world right? The name itself already sounds too good!) 2. Hiroshima orh luk (think big, fat and juicy oyster!)
3. Baked egg tart with bird's nest (the name says all.)
4. Liu sha bao (free flow of this golden lava love! And it did flow beautifully!) 5. Dessert counter (seriously, you'll be so spoiled with choices!) All these for the price of $17.90+ (weekday lunch), $30.90+ (weekday dinner) or $33.90+ (weekend dinner). Literally food coma after this meal. 😂😋👍

The taste of the shrimp paste was not only present in the coating, but in the chicken too(not easy to achieve that). I like that it was not overcooked and dry. I can imagine how finger-licking good it would be if it was fried on the spot and served piping hot! 😍😍
