Sauce is similar to chilli sauce. Can't see any minced garlic and doesn't taste like the sambal/chilli is made professionaly since it is a family restaurant for fine dining. Disappointing much.
Scallop is a disaster. Cold, and the sauce on it tasted like chilli sauce and tomato sauce all mixed together. Wonder if the sauce is cooked too. Including me, my other family members dislike it too.
