Weighing considerably massive at 500g, this thick slab of grilled stingray (RM30) is full of moist and succulent meat. That layer of chilli immediately warms up my tummy on this cool evening.
More of that creamy sauce is welcome in my Buttermilk Prawns (RM28) and the highlight is the subtle peppery flavour from the curry leaves. 😋

different guy frying this now. taste okayyyyy I guess, but prices have gone up and number of oysters have severely diminished !
