RedRing Treasures (Takashimaya)

My former favourite at the Toa Payoh bus interchange food court. This version even has deep-fried enoki and shiitake mushrooms and 斋鹅. It's as good as I remember. Perfect egg noodles, unique sauce, addictive chicken cutlet and fragrant mushrooms.

RedRing specialty, is their Chicken Cutlet Noodles.

Their Noodles were springy and el dente. The gravy though it was watery, was rather flavourful. Had the spicy version, was it was only a small kick.

The Chicken Cutlet definitely good. Crispy and tender.

Their noodles are good but I tried their rice this time since their chicken is better. The meat still had their signature sweetness, but the rice was your typical egg fried rice.

Perfect to go with their QQ egg noodles which they cook in precision for a duration of 18 seconds. And you just have to add $1 for an extra crispy fried chicken! What a steal! .
