Woo, the students can certainly cooked like professionals! Starting off with a Asian-style chicken salad, the salad was good but chicken taste was too "chickeny". The minstrone soup was a tad salty for my liking but I loved the crispy breadstick at the side. When the mains arrive, I was taken aback at the petite-otah-sized fish fillet ): guess they dint want to make us too full as it's a 4-course meal? The beautifully plated dessert was the star of the day. A Chocolate Praline Tart, accompanied by a scoop of mango sherbet, ended the dinner perfectly.

Was invited to RECIPES, a restaurant that is 100% operated by shatec students as part of their training. They have affordable set menus of 3/4 courses at approximately $25, where can you find such a good deal! In picture is their teriyaki squid stuffed w jap rice. It was well cooked and definitely worth the $$! ps. Call to book, I don't think they do walk-ins.
