Of all the ramen spots on this list, this one has the richest and fattiest (in the best way possible) broth. The flavourful Bankara Original (RM24.80) can be a little salty, but Burppler Jin Wong testifies it’s the best ramen he’s had, while the Buta Miso Ramen (RM34.80) sees a creamier broth topped with juicy pork belly slices. Kick the flavours up a notch with condiments – we personally enjoy crushing in some raw garlic and adding a dash of chilli oil for some heat. Seal the meal with something sweet like the creamy Annin Tofu (almond jelly, RM9.50) best shared among two.

This lovingly made bowl of ramen is a special treat which is only available on Friday, Saturday to Sunday and on Public holidays.. This bowl of wholesome goodness is the clear version of their milky broth yet this clear soup packs a punch of flavor that just makes you cant stop slurping it with the noodles that is hand made in Japan! Guarantees you cheerful days in every spoonful
Another ramen dish at Bankara. The dipping soup was very rich and full. A little too rich actually. Haha
Yes. That's pork crackling on top of it. Yes. It's possible to have too much lard. Hahah
Delicious green tea ice cream, a good balance of green tea flavour and fragrance with sweetness. A good way to end the meal, though I prefer the Annin Toufu's light flavours. A lot better than your generic green tea ice creams. [RM8.90]
Light, creamy, almond "tofu" with just the right sweetness to refresh your palate after the heavy meal. The texture is similar to pannacotta, served cold. My personal favourite. [RM7.90]
