A hidden vietnamese food gem at Sim Lim Square basement. The food are sold by Vietnamese ladies, my vietnamese friend says it is really not bad! :")

I always get their spicy beef noodle soup (Bun Bo Hue). It is absolutely delicious! I love Pho, but this soup really packs a punch. It will definitely leave you feeling full - awesome lunch pick. The broth is spicy and fragrant. Add extra chili oil if you like your face to sweat, lol.

Super generous with the beef Slices that were stewed till really tender. Unfortunately felt the soup was too salty and MSG filled.

From Quan Co Ba; one of my most frequented stalls at Broadway Sim Lim Square. After having their dry noodles and Pho for quite a while, I was convinced enough to try this for a light lunch. While this isn’t quite something that would fill up the stomach, I totally enjoyed how the rice rolls were chewy and slippery; almost akin to HK-style Chee Cheong Fun in terms of silliness but still carrying the chew and clean flavours of the local variant. It comes with the standard condiments, including mint leaves, coriander and bean sprout for a refreshing flavour, while the shallots provided a crisp along with the slight savouriness of the sausage-like ham.

DO NOT let this plate of average looking fried spring rolls fool you. It is a must-try here. Some sort of magical marinate must have gone into the pork inside. This was a dish that got my mind blown. 😋

Not a fan of dry bee hoon actually but the pork cutlet, wow. It's well fried and goes well with fried onion and peanuts as it's garnishes. Overall a super fragrant bowl of Vietnamese delight. 😋
