Putien’s Oyster Festival is back! They have an ongoing promotion now - 2 oyster dishes for $33.80. We tried their signature fried oysters and it was really yummy! I like how the dish is not too oily, and the oysters were plump and fresh! It goes really well with their signature Spice Mum chilli. It’s a little pricey at $17.90 compared to those sold at Hawker centres, but the quality and freshness of the oysters here makes up for it. 👍🏼
Favorite dish to order at Putien! The deep fried batter complements the soft eggplant so well! The pork floss is simply the cherry on top!!
Excellent food as usual. My favorite are the century eggs. I can eat it all day long. The ribs too were excellent. As was the fish.

Pros: Good service. Even during peak hours they are able to maintain standard of food. Yellow croaker was beautifully done this time 👍Crowd favorites were the clams & fish, but my fav was the yam duck.

Cons: Quantity of ingredients getting lesser. Look at the soup! What used to be covered with floating meatballs is now reduced to this. Will not recommend the fish soup (not pictured) for the same reason as well.

Parkway outlet: My most frequented Chinese restaurant @putien_sg 😂 I like it because their food is very clean tasting & dependable. This is my least fav outlet though, Kitchener is the best, followed by NEX. Very stingy with ingredient quantity, meat dumplings considerably lesser here. Fish was really fishy (not fresh) & many bones.

Absolutely love how the superior soya sauce and minced garlic elevated the clams creating a savoury sweet flavour.

Crunchy bitter gourd slices with honey dip, Ah Yuan Fragrant Herbal Chicken, Pork Belly with Garlic and Braised Homemade Bean Curd. For those who love variety with quality 😋
Bee Hoon was slightly too dry for us but kudos for it was 香and tasty enough 😂😂 we loved the handmade Mee Sua slippery smooth Mee Sua! Prawns were well handled too, worth an order!
These don't look like much but BOY were they an explosion of garlic-ky, savoury, flavoursome GOODNESS. These were so springy in texture and perfectly cooked.. So much so that i'm still dreaming about them 😪

This little wooden bowl of herbie soup with just 2 tiger prawns has always been my fave. Clear soup brewed with herbs, wolfberries & ginger slices. Aromatic soup which was extremely soothing on my tummy.

One of my favorites is the lormee... not the dark brown gravy but a beighy thick; smooth and rich broth cooked using pork bones and added spices. Garnished with prawns, clams and pork belly, it is delish and the ultimate comforting meal.
