Pretty solid, the filling was good as expected of a Japanese bakery and the bread was rlly fluffy too with bite as you collapse it.

The yuzu cream encased inside the mildly crisp layers (even without heating?!!) was sweet and aromatic, like a perfect valentine's date. I especially enjoyed the bits of chewy peels and the matcha top which provided a bitter fragrant twist to neutralise the sweetness. The croissant is only slightly buttery but still quite apt since it wouldn’t overpower the main highlights of the croissant.

"More matcha please!" was the only desire I had for this!

Brb. Falling heads over heels.

This place combines Pullman Bakery and Tachihara Coffee. The French toast was buttery and felt like it was made from very soft milk bread, quite unlike any other French toast I’ve tried, and very Japanese in style. The soft boiled eggs comes free if you get a toast with a drink. It’s not actually soft boiled eggs, but rather a ramen egg with a nice heap of bonito flakes on top.
