Damn ugly I know haha. Take note the soup is quite spicy. But it helped to carry a bowl of lacklustre ingredients. The sous vide egg was even tasteless. The star was the meatcakes, which were very tasty.
Quite the standard Thai egg noodles, just paired with pork leg. It's enjoyable as expected, while the pork didn't disappoint, being tender and fatty. My gripes would be that the other ingredients were unremarkable, especially the not-crispy lard.
