Pork.Bone.Tea - chargrilled pork ribs, crazily heady tea-smoked bone marrow, garlic & pepper jus, and roasted garlic. It sounds crazy but it's true. This is the bak kut teh that all fans have dreamed about.
The pièce de résistance - Bak Kwa Mac & Cheese. It's essentially penne baked with gruyere & cheddar, truffle oil and pork belly bak kwa. Smoky and full of cheesy goodness, this is irrésistible.

72% dark chocolate flourless cake, milo ice cream, milo streusel, dulce de leche
Lobster wanton mee, egg and oyster, foie gras. Food is somehow interesting, but it wasnt fantastic to the point i would specially come back for it. Portion is relatively small, of course.
The pudding tasted like the love child of a soufflé and a traditional pandan waffle after a most tawdry affair, while the green tea ice cream immediately conjured up thoughts of Chinese tea (!!) in how tea-tastic it tastes. 4.25/5
