I always end my meal with a dessert, and I really like. Or perhaps it's because it came with both pandan and coconut which I love (I'm a huge chendol fan after all). And this jelly came with generous amount of osmanthus, so it was really fragrant.

This is a very good deal for this large pot of seafood in robust broth. For only $34.40 after discount, you get a generous potpourri of fresh seafood, including one whole crab, prawns, garoupa fish and squid in piping hot broth.

There are two flavour to choose from: seafood and spicy broth. I prefer the seafood broth for its comforting sweetness, while @shermyyy prefers the spicy one for its richness. Both broth are boiled for hours - the seafood broth uses pork bone, Hua Diao wine, sesame sauce and bean paste; the spicy broth uses homemade chilli paste, Chinese herbs, salted fish and coconut milk. It's like a cross between laksa and curry, and an amalgamation of Chinese, Thai and Indonesian flavours.

That’s the name of this dish! This is a new dish by Paradise Classic. It’s basically a huge pot of seafood such as crab, prawns, garoupa fish, squid and thick beehoon in a robust, umami-filled, slurp-worthy broth. ~
I want to bath in that broth because it’s too damn delicious and it’s unfair that only my mouth gets to taste it.
