Ordered one of their signature — 1. Supreme Prawn Noodles ($20++) which comes with huge chunks of pork ribs, 2 prawnball, some shabu shabu, lala & 3 big prawns & also their Pao Fan ($16++)that comes with 3-4 big prawns & some lala! Their soup is super thick & flavourful and what surprised me is that the soup between the claypot’s, noodles & the Pao Fan’s, they are all different!! If you prefer lighter, the noodles soup will suit you, but if you prefer something more flavourful, you will like the other 2! Compared to their Pao Fan, I actually preferred to this and feel it was more worth! Whilst the Ngoh Hiang ($2.40) was very crispy and pair very well with the sauce provided!

The dish arrived piping hot, with the aroma of savory broth and fresh prawns filling the air. Each bite of the tender noodles soaked in flavorful broth, enriched with the essence of prawns and aromatic spices, was a delight to the taste buds.

The claypot presentation added a rustic charm to the experience, keeping the dish warm and inviting until the last spoonful. The generous portion of plump prawns and perfectly cooked noodles made every bite a memorable one.

The ambiance complemented the dining experience, with its cozy atmosphere and attentive staff ensuring a pleasant visit.

In conclusion, One Prawn & Co offers an exemplary rendition of Claypot Prawn Noodle, capturing the essence of Singaporean cuisine.

Ordered the supreme prawn noodles and it was extremely rich, however, a little too rich for my taste. But if you like something thicker, this will suit your palette! The ngoh hiong was light and provides a good respite from the thickness of the soup.

Food was great, soup was thick and sauce was the best. Ordered the dry prawn noodles and it went really well with the ngoh hiang. However the restaurant was a little hot and think the ventilation could be better, other than that the soup will go really well in a cold weather

Broth is fantabulous, thick broth and very rich, definitely recommend to try at least once. Although maybe that's when the addiction starts ;)

Very nice and patient service from the staff as well!

The prawn soup is so fresh and full of umami. I especially enjoy the noodle with its chilli concoction, so good that I could eat it on its own. I like the ngoh hiang with its unique dipping sauce too!
