Minced meat was ππΌ The soupy base was also ππΌ really liked the texture of the Pan Mee ηι’ π It was chewy & bouncy! πslurp-tastic!
Like your usual order of roasted chicken noodle~ You know the ones from our local hawker centres or air-conditioned food courts: classic and palatable :) the only difference was the meat slices atop the springy egg noodles. I liked how tender & juicy the BBQ Chix were, mmm yes approved! π
Crisp prata, dusted with sugar and drizzled with condensed milk. Ok, that's all.
Such sadness. The joy of eating pan mee is breaking the runny yolk and stirring it all in so it mixes with the dark soy sauce and coats the noodles for that glisten. Ok lah, the ikan bilis was crisp and all, the minced chicken was rightly spicy, also the noodles had the perfect bite. But still no egg. Ok, that's all.
