My family loved the fried rice here. Every grain well tossed with flavour and wok hey. Could tell it wasnt the lumpy rice used.
Staff also gave us longevity buns when they realised we were celebrating a birthday.
Food was decent, definitely worthwhile to visit with the burpple deal.
Pictured: roast meat platter, we got the mix of roasted duck and pork belly. We also had the stir fried long beans and ee fu noodles.
Overall, the food was pretty tasty with good flavours and portions. However, I found them to be quite oily π° attentive and friendly service staff, nice atmosphere.

Without Burpple Beyond, Iβd probably not have tried this restaurant. We ordered their Roasted Pork and Sweet & Sour Pork with Lychee for the price of 1 π.
It was actually better than I expected... The pork chunks can still be more tender but flavour-wise pretty on point!

Really crispy skin but somehow the fatty layer was abit chewy for me. I wished the siobak was more marinated and it will be great if there was another row of itπ
2 Meat platter ($24++)
Old HK Kitchen has a dish which allows you to select 2 of their bbq meats instead of settling for 1 or ordering 2 separate dishes. We loved how crispy the duck skin was. The char siew is also a good option for those who prefer lean meats. Despite it having less than usual fat, there was still plenty of flavour in the char siew.
Available on burpple beyond.
