The dumplings were all so plump and juicy! The chilli oil really packed a punch and was numbing as well. At $5, you get 12 deliciously huge dumplings, definitely a good deal!
Featuring my favourite Chinese zha Jiang Mian in Singapore, which is only $3.50 - they knead the flour on the spot so the result is really qq noodles 😋😋 just 3 simple ingredients but so good
Featured in some Michelin Guide 2017, I just discovered this week upon my friend’s recommendation. And I came back here again today. Just when you think $4 can’t get you any decent xlb, this place proves you wrong with 6 juicy, soupy and bigger-than-dtf’s xlbs. Super value for money if you are looking for a cheaper xlb fix. Also I ate their handmade noodles ZJM twice in a week because it’s really good too!
Minced pork mixed with chives stuffed into handmade dumpling skin, and boiled for at least 10 mins before serving. The dumplings are so juicy and chewy - tastes even better with the sliced ginger soaked with black vinegar. Yums!
