Well this mostly tasted like a soy tart infused with coconut more than anything. I loved the tart shell though. Perfectly crumbly and fragrant.
Overall i enjoyed this as a tart, but in terms of matcha rating i'd give it a 0 because there was barely anything matcha about this๐ heard from my friend that the hojicha fared better though?
Had this delivered so of course the texture wasn't optimal, with the patty being not as crisp as it should have been
Overall an interesting burger though, definitely haven't had many (or any) with a patty made out of jackfruit. Loved the spices used in these though. Goes together really well with the bbq sauce also. Maybe its a personal preference but felt that the pineapple doesn't really weld well together with the rest of the burger, which was sad since it was such a huge chunk too๐
Made using matcha powder from matchaya, as with the case for their other matcha/hojicha items.
Not exactly a fan of the texture here, which was a little too hard and i felt that the overall flavour profile leaned more towards plain butter cookies infused with choc chips, rather than matcha
Super moist and fluffy, and you can definitely taste the notes of matcha in this albeit quite faint.
Was a little too soft and moist for me though, and thought that the muffin carried this weird sourish tang which i didn't quite fancy
Canโt get enough of the truffle mayo itโs sooo good I literally dip everything in it

Nice buttery pastry filled with silky custard, tho a little sweet for me. Was never a major fan of egg tarts so wasnโt super wowed by this but def intrigued by the idea of VEGAN egg tart like how?!!?
Love this pizza! Topped with spinach purรฉe, broccoli, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, with generous sprinkles of nicely melted vegan cheese, def a yes for broc lovers like me
first time at this vegan joint! the steamed mushroom patty had a substantial bite and was, quite surprisingly, almost meat-like in texture. the mushroom flavour was quite mellow, not too distinct or overpowering.
lettuce was fresh and truffle mayo was creamy, though lacking strong notes of truffle. bread was soft and fluffy. all in all, i think this is a burger that would be well-accepted by many :-)

If youโre here for something that steps slightly on the edge of โburger grubโ, try the ๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฉ๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ฎ (~$8.90). The satay sauce could perhaps make you feel like youโre cheating a little bit of the โhealthyโ even. Personally would prefer the shroom burger, but hey, to each their own!

Having nomvnoms ๐๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ค๐ค๐ข ๐ฝ๐ช๐ง๐๐๐ง (~$8.90) makes me question the days I used to be strictly Carnivorous, bc I dare say I prefer this to the many oily artery clogging beef burgers ๐ .
All things mushroom: a streamed shroom patty, enoki mushrooms, mushroom sauce and truffle mayo, yet this burger didnโt jump out too rubbery, and the meaty texture of the patty bore a close resemblance to a chicken patty. Definitely something I would see myself craving, especially with that glorious and best of all NON OILY truffle mayo ๐

Doesnโt look appealing but itโs yummy!! Homemade pumpkin sauce was really creamy, pasta was well cooked, comes with broccoli and mushroom!
Wah this vegan pizza is sooo flavourful!! Loved the truffle mayo and bits of assorted mushrooms! They also use vegan cashew cheese and soy cheese!

Rendang sauce is amazing. Interesting that they put popadams in the burger as well. Very tasty!
