Three way-collab between Nektar, the Travelling COW and Mr Hashida from the famed Hashida Sushi. Japanese seasonal trout, lightly breaded, secret marinade. Tangy, flaky and juicy, the patty was divine. However i did not appreciate the other club sandwich-esque components.
