Very dry and made us feel super thirsty after that.
I prefer impossible meat from other places.

Because it is hamburger steak beef bolognaise pasta burger! Omg...I like to try new things so when I glimpsed at this new offering by Mos Burger I didn't think twice.
-Tastes simple in a good way
-not all noodle/ramen/pasta burgers work, but this turns out decent
-very slightly challenging to eat, especially takeaway, might need a fork or spoon to finish everything. If you are fine w missing out some minced beef or slight messiness, then no worries
-value for money enough, especially with fast food in Singapore increasingly becoming almost premium food

Wasn’t very nice, the pasta is quite hard and tasteless; still prefer their rice burger!

MOS Burger never fails to surprise me with their special limited edition burgers; their offerings are often unique, innovative or involves non-standard menu items. Inspired by the Okonomoyaki (Japanese Pancake), they have came up with a burger infusing the concept of an Okonomoyaki into both their bread and rice burgers by placing a seafood patty, egg, bonito flakes, vegetables and Okonomoyaki sauce with Japanese mayonnaise in between. You could actually taste that umami flavour in the burger, brought by largely the bonito flakes, the crispy yet springy seafood patty that is largely made of prawns and fried and the fried egg that seemed pretty much free from odour of overused oil, with a bit of sweetness from the rice in the rice patty. A burger that you have to try before it's too late!

In preparation for our honeymoon to Japan tomorrow, I went to Mos Burger for the first time. The brand originated in Japan, expanding to have outlets in Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea and here! I’ve never been as they don’t have any veggie options, but after a really hard Core Yoga class (you could say hardcore bah dum dum, I’m here all week guys), I wanted muscle building proteeeein. This is the Ebi Burger, a crispy prawn patty with a delicious honey sauce, lettuce, seaweed and rice patty buns! For SGD3.90 it wasn’t bad at all and filled that hole!
