Another interesting main on their menu. It's called a "countryside" noodle. Topped with seafood like soft-shell crab and prawns and lots of garnish. The sauce was reddish, don't know why. But I didn't quite like the thick and hard noodles.
Their menu showed me why they're so popular in Hoi An. I took very long to decide. This dish was unusual and also good. The duck was tender, 生面 added novelty and vegetables were so varied and generous.
You can't go wrong with this. Plus the crispy bits were so shiok.
