Meat and seafood are cooked by the sizzling chunks of pork lard that is placed on the top of the domed grill and diners. The lard, plus the marinade and juices from the meat, provides the flavours to the soup. The special made chilli sauce from Mook's is a MUST have to complete the whole mookata experience.
