Probably the first ever in Singapore, enjoy brunch with the titillating sounds of jazz music from a live band. For S$98++, treat yourself to a four-course meal, starting with hearty openers like chicken salad with cherry tomatoes, purple onions and avocados. Then proceed on to have your mains which you can have breakfast options like eggs Bene, breakfast hash to more savoury options like their infamous BB King Burger (pictured) and spanner crab spaghettini. Also not to be missed is their live station where they'll serve up the most tender BBQ Louisiana ribs and a gorgeous melted raclette cheese to go with seasonal vegetables and selected breads. Also, end of the spread on a sweet note with desserts, choose from the likes of fluffy pancakes with mascarpone cream to sticky date pudding.
The food is great especially the mains and live station options but the dessert was unfortunately a tad dry. The Jazz Brunch is a steal for $98 if you intend to fill yourself up with lots of bubbly. 😉
The chicken was tender and grilled nicely. Only thing would be that this needs more sauce. But a good option for sharing or for small eaters if you don't want to splurge on the mains.
