honestly, this might have been the dish that started my hunt for more salmon bowls. an unforgettable dish - refreshing, tingly and slurpy goodness. also, the flatter udon used managed to pick up a good sauce-to-noodles ratio that paired perfectly with fresh, thick cubes of salmon. the sauce too, was slurp worthy - imagine a whiff of fragrant sesame with that savoury soy sauce mix and a trickle of heat from the chilli padi. if i was simon, i’d give this dish 4 big yesses.
Pretty decent meal, they made it quite fast. The music made it hard to hear what the person across the table was saying, but overall pretty good spot for lunch.
this was the highlight of everything we ordered! served with wanton skin, which was thin and super crispy, it was a perfect match with the creamy dip - a generous portion with avo, diced jap cucumber, crabstick, roe & roasted sesame. every month was simply a blessing. ✨
love the thin crust of the pizza!!! generous amount of bacon and the oozey egg made the pizza not so dry.
fish and chips was good! gyoza was normal
ambience was rather chill with the tables spread out q widely. but i think their air con kept leaking?
Came by during lunch hours and despite it being a busy spot, service was prompt with consistent water refills and food also arrived quite quickly!
Can understand why it’s so popular after taking my first bite. The beef was so tender as they used Tenderloin (haha) and the wafu salad was so appetising when paired along with the beef. Even the grilled asparagus was perfectly executed and so juicy. Will definitely be back to try more of their Japanese-inspired food!
Due to my STM I have one again forgotten the name of this shop fml but it’s at Telok Ayer opp the kebab place near GC. The scallop truffle ramen/noodle(?) (omg brain fart what’s happening) was nubbad and we shared the bara chirashi don too!! It tasted alright! Service slightly slow tho think they r quite busy
