-Tonkotsu Ramen[$6-$8]
P.S : I forgot the price but I don't think it's over $8!
NO GST AND SERVICE CHARGE TOO, ALL PRICES ARE NETT!!
This TONKOTSU Ramen came with one large piece of chashu that was well cooked as the meat was succulent and tender. The Ramen was quite a good texture, more of the bouncy kind that also soaks up the taste of the broth and thus the ramen has the taste of the soup! My partner had their Oyako Don[$5-$7] and add on a set of hot green tea with 2 pieces of Inari sushi for $2.20! This is one of the most affordable and legit japanese food chains in Singapore I ever been to. Their menu also includes curry udon, salmon sashimi don, etc.
I always judge a Japanese restaurant by its pork katsu don (unless they are specialised in ramen or udon). The pork katsu don here was not bad. Definitely can do better with the sauce (which I found was too sweet for my liking). At least it doesn't burn a hole in my wallet.
$2.50 cheap and simple lunch with crunchy roe! ^_^ loves that they were so generous with the mayonnaise! It's a pick up and go place.. There a small dining area too
Not much appetite, maybe Tuesday blues! Only had salmon & Kano sushi for lunch S$4.40 ๐ Looking forward to tonight โค K & Desserts (hopefully!)
