My go to place for good and cheap Chinese desserts! The yam paste was pretty good and topped with pumpkin cubes and ginkgo nuts. Definitely a good place to get your orh ni cravings settled if you have no upcoming Chinese family dinners. Fast service, easy collection and definitely very very worth the price with the generous servings and great taste! ππ
Amazing place for Chinese desserts! Sesame and peanut paste are common, almond paste is uncommon, and walnut paste is rare and never seen before, but they have all 4?? Walnut paste tasted like peanut and almond, and was actually really really enjoyable with just the right consistency and wasnβt overly sweet as well. Fast service, easy collection and definitely very very worth the price with the generous servings and great taste! ππ
This is such a good alternative when youβre too broke for bingsu ππ Portions are generous and the ice is actually very infused with the flavours?!? Liked the black sesame (flavour is actually q intense and with red beans too? YES PLS) > green tea > lychee (a little too sweet) and will be back to try more flavours ππ
Mei Heong Yuan desserts are definitely not as satisfying as compared to the popular bingsus in town, but hey for its price, its a snatch! The ice shavings are light in flavour, but they still do satisfy your dessert cravings! Get the vouchers on fave, to get them at 2 for $6.50!
Recommend flavour: Milk Tea
Dessert was good but I saw them microwave heating dessert instead of serving them fresh. Although their warm dessert (esp paste) are good, I disagree to their microwave method γ$3
Love the vibrant & appetizing colors! I think the standard had dropped as I couldn't detect any wow factor while digging into this dessert. Just tasted like a block of colored crushed ice with no texture or any layering in sight π
