MBK food court stall 9: The rice they serve here comes with a mild and pleasant fragrance. Wasn't impressed at first but after a while, the subtle flavours got to me and I really enjoyed it. I preferred the steamed chicken but all the others loved the fried one. Pretty small portion so probably can get it as a snack!

MBK food court stall 15: Fresh oysters used. The edges of the omelette are so crispy and savoury! Could finish one whole plate by myself. Only thing was the lousy MacDonald's kind of chilli served.

Yes they look a little like our local pancake but just crispier, thinner and cheaper. There are at least 7/10 stores selling the same thing but they are still living under same roof. I bought the one with English "subtitle" and ordered one without the thick layered cream, with just the coconut filing. That aside, unless you make your way down to MBK to get your techies equipment, otherwise they are really like SIM LIM sq in Singapore. Overrated, the mall that is. NOT the thai pancake.

You can buy it off any street carts that is selling it but I saw mine at MBK and decided to give it a try. It's 10 baht for each serving and converting it to SGD, it's only $0.40! Those yellow yolk strips are done perfectly well and it instantly melt in your mouth. The 'wrap' is so crispy and it tasted like your crispy pancake texture. It also offers other flavours so no harm trying one when you are in BKK! 🙏

First meal at BKK- Kway chap bkk style! Rice cakes/ noodles with innards. First time trying pig's blood and it was do good! Lousy broth though, I believe I can hunt down better ones by the street. Street food here I come!!

Favourite dish at lunch- Pig knuckle meat, pig intestines and salted vegetables with rice. The meat was melt-in-your-mouth kind and I love innards so pig intestines were 👍 for me!
