wood roasted cauliflower, currant-almond pesto, smoked whey dressing

(A$24) hmmm i think we have ordered on first day of trip itself. But hmmm I eat too much already by the time this dish served lol. But its taste like char veg lmao.

smoked berkshire pork belly, bean shoots, bok choy, kimchi, miso sauce

(A$42) but this remind me how korea made their pork belly veg wrap lol. But the taste was not that bad as it's quite flavourful on each component.

exmouth tiger prawns, remoulade, fermented chili, lemongrass

(A$38) good thing they deshell middle part for prawns tbh except head and tail. The taste remind me of the spicy prawn that malay usually cooked for nasi padang.

flatbread, olive oil, seasoning

(A$9) ; (A$6) so the staff told me most people order flatbread w hummus sauce. We wanted to get something share plates instead of appetisers lol. But she told us that share plates they took a while to serve lol. But the flatbread was quite oily tbh bc of olive oil and at least hummus sauce was quite interesting tbh. instead of first one I have eaten b4.

(A$12) quite refreshing drink tbh and I think I drink throughout whole trip lol because most of the restaurants and pubs they don't have much non-alcoholic drink.
