Mid spicy if you don't used to eat spicy food like me by adding on the peppercorn vinaigrette. It was quite crunchy and using fresh ingredients when served in cold side dish.

I usually ordered their set meal during dinner time ($12.50) included Soup (Mushroom) + Baked Specialties (Baked Chicken Mushroom Rice) + Beverage (Iced Green Tea Drink). Mushroom Soup still remained the same taste (creamy and thick) throughout the years. Baked Chicken Mushroom Rice still remained the same (like rice was quite dry and mixed with herbs before putting cheese on the rice but the cheese covered up the dryness of rice) Iced Green Tea Drink tasted like Jasmine Green Tea but quite standard for taste. Need to be wait for 10 - 15 minutes for baked rice or pasta to be baking.

elemen Soup - Wild Mushroom Cream Soup With Truffle Oil (ala crate - $6.80) This is my first time to eat Mushroom Cream Soup adding with Truffle Oil as I felt adding Truffle Oil was quite strong taste to not covering whole mushroom cream soup. Need to stir well for truffle oil before drinking the soup. I realised that it was good experience to try it out for another level of mushroom cream soup. Under 8 Course Set ($32.80 ++ per person)

elemen Salad - Quinoa Salad (ala crate - $5.80) I dislike to eat salad and also a picky eater too but I felt Quinoa Salad was quite overwhelming for me because I was not used to eat salad and Quinoa. The salad sauce was quite sour and Quinoa was quite crunchy to complement well with vegetables. Under 8 Course Set ($32.80 ++ per person)

elemen Appetiser - Rosemary Breadsticks With Raspberry Yoghurt Sauce Bread (ala crate - $2.80) This is my first time to eat hot Rosemary Breaksticks with dipped sauce. But I felt hot and warm temperature for Rosemary Breaksticks was just nice to dip on the yoghurt sauce. It was not that sour and creamy and got a bit sweet aftertaste. elemen Appetiser - Fruit (orange + honeydew) Starter (ala crate - $4.80) This was my first time to eat less sweet for honeydew as I felt weird to eat less sweet but I felt this combination for honeydew + orange dipped inside sweet sauce were quite complement each other for taste and got a bit sweet aftertaste.
