Went to Luna again after some time and got their classic Luna 2.0 ($9) and got Blossom ($9).
The Blossom is like a standard lychee cream which is alright but not wow enough.
However, the Luna 2.0 is their OG and I like the richness of the chocolate and the cruchiness hazelnut
Pretty looking tart. Nice nice. Not heavy but tasty.
The cake is spongy and fluffy. It really tasted like orh nee. The taste is light on the palette and not too sweet. The service was disappointing. Not sure why they charged service charge when we ordered at counter and collected the cakes ourselves. They even forgot about our order.
Aesthetically pleasing and the sweetness of the rock melon curd paired so well with the fragrant almond frangipane. The blueberries hidden below also gave a pop of tartness. Completing the tart was the Chantilly cream sitting prettily atop, with the blue pea lending the serene hue.

- Flavours were quite subtle, orange jelly could be slightly more citrusy 🍊
- Very smooth earl grey creme and orange curd, the buttery crust gave a contrasting crunch to the creaminess. [7/10]
𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙯𝙚𝙡𝙣𝙪𝙩 𝙧𝙖𝙨𝙥𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙮
- Rich dark chocolate mousse cut the tanginess of the raspberry cremeux and sweetness of the hazelnut crunch!
- Dacquoise base was like a biscuit that gave a nutty crisp 🍪 [7.5/10]
𝙀𝙖𝙧𝙡 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙮 𝙩𝙚𝙖 ($5.50)
- Flavour was very pronounced with a floral black tea aroma!
- Surprisingly enjoyed it despite not a huge fan of drinks 😆 [8.5/10]
