A hidden gem with an incredible dining experience. A big shoutout to Chef David who was warm and attentive throughout the meal. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, and the sashimi was exceptionally fresh.
Sushi selection was outstanding—highlights included fatty tuna, slow-cooked scallop and the maki with tuna and uni was absolutely divine.
A must-visit for anyone who appreciates quality sushi and warm hospitality!
Great dining experience with good service and inventive flavours. The Deep-Fried Burrata was perfectly crisp on the outside, creamy on the inside, and complemented pomodoro sauce with balsamic vinegar caviar. The Fried Chicken Wings offered a unique balance of savoury and nutty flavours with a hint of peanut butter, chili, and sesame.
The highlight was The Bismark Blanc, featuring a beautifully fermented sourdough crust with white sauce, Fior di Latte, prosciutto, and a perfectly cooked sous vide egg. The texture was exceptional—crispy, chewy, and flavourful. We ended the meal with the Darn Good Tiramisu, a delightful finish.
Had an amazing dinner at One Prawn & Co! The open kitchen was such a cool touch—watching the chefs at work added to the experience. The host was super friendly and gave great recommendations.
The prawn toast with aioli was crispy and one of my favourites. The seaweed skate with lime crema is also not to be missed. The dry-aged hamachi with kimchi and puffed rice was light, fresh, and packed with flavour. Their Holy Haddock! fish burger was crispy and delicious — a total comfort food win.
The monkfish and cashew curry was the star of the night. The fish was fresh, and the curry was rich, nutty, and perfectly spiced. We also tried the Cheng Teng BBT, which added a fun twist to a traditional dessert drink.
Overall, the fresh seafood, creative dishes, and attentive service make One Prawn & Co a must-visit for seafood lovers!
Had an incredible dinner at Ingleside! Started with a delightful Tuna Tartare Tartlette with French caviar and Maitake & Pork which was absolutely delicious. The highlight of the meal was the Tajima Wagyu Picanha, which was tender and bursting with flavour which was dry-aged in-house. The deconstructed Lemon Meringue Tart was a refreshing finish to the meal.
Highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for an unforgettable experience! Impeccable service and a perfect spot for special occasions or date nights.
Had an amazing dining experience at Meadesmoore. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, and the staff is incredibly friendly.
The Burrata Di Puglise with green gazpacho and courgette was a great start. We ordered the Meadesmoore cut with three different cuts of Australian 2GR Wagyu beef for sharing and it was cooked to perfection. Definitely a must-try!
The Signature Mac and Cheese was delightfully cheesy and had a wonderful truffle aroma. The chili crusted bone marrow, served with grilled sourdough was one of the best bone marrow I've had.
Service and food was top-notch, highly recommend this steakhouse. Can't wait to come back!
