Had an amazing dinner at One Prawn & Co! The open kitchen was such a cool touch—watching the chefs at work added to the experience. The host was super friendly and gave great recommendations.

The prawn toast with aioli was crispy and one of my favourites. The seaweed skate with lime crema is also not to be missed. The dry-aged hamachi with kimchi and puffed rice was light, fresh, and packed with flavour. Their Holy Haddock! fish burger was crispy and delicious — a total comfort food win.

The monkfish and cashew curry was the star of the night. The fish was fresh, and the curry was rich, nutty, and perfectly spiced. We also tried the Cheng Teng BBT, which added a fun twist to a traditional dessert drink.

Overall, the fresh seafood, creative dishes, and attentive service make One Prawn & Co a must-visit for seafood lovers!
