As usual with other Chef Damian’s dishes, this dish didn’t disappoint us. The dish promised as it was described on the menu.

Made using beef cheeks, they are very tender and finely cooked with Chef Damian’s secret recipe.
Just need to serve the dish warmer, it will be perfect!
