Amazed at the quality of the food here. Drinks are good too. We tried the Thai milktea and luohanguo. Very worth it with 1f1.

"WHAT?! I DON'T KNOW WHAT THIS IS!!!" This was what the staff said to me when I wanted to utilise my Burpple deal. When I explained that it was a one-for-one deal in partnership with Burpple, the staff replied "I AM SORRY LA I DON'T KNOW WHAT THIS IS. IF YOU WANT TO COMPLAIN GO AHEAD!!!" Management should train their staff and always be ready to honour the deal. Highly disappointed with the bad service and poor attitude of the staff.

WARNING. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. The store came up with their own T&C for the Burpple 1 for 1 deal. You have to order a dessert that is more than $12 and the free item can only be their Mango Sago ($6.90) or Red Bean ($6.90). This T&C was not even listed in the Burpple deal itself. Consider yourself warned. DO NOT VISIT. What a scam!!! To the boss: If you're not willing to honour the 1 for 1 then simply DON'T PARTNER WITH BURRPLE LAH! Will not visit again.

Food serving was small but still okay considering it's 1 for 1. Probably would not be worth it if paying full price. Portion of the fish n chips were not consistent with those posted by other reviewers here. Tiniest dollop of mayo given for my fish n chips. When I asked for more mayo, the guy turned around, asked a female staff, and then they decided that it would be additional $1. 🙄 Would not be back again.
