"WHAT?! I DON'T KNOW WHAT THIS IS!!!" This was what the staff said to me when I wanted to utilise my Burpple deal. When I explained that it was a one-for-one deal in partnership with Burpple, the staff replied "I AM SORRY LA I DON'T KNOW WHAT THIS IS. IF YOU WANT TO COMPLAIN GO AHEAD!!!" Management should train their staff and always be ready to honour the deal. Highly disappointed with the bad service and poor attitude of the staff.
