This was super creamy - I loved the flavour of the cream here, although pancetta was a little too fatty and chewy for me.

Interesting because there's cranberries here, paired with Caramelised onions, Beef Ragu, mozzarella cheese and ricotta cheese. Cheese flavour isn't v strong here, mainly more for the tomato flavours.

How's the idea of Pizza, Pasta, Sandos, all in one place? You can get all of these at @thepizzapastaprojects, located at @starsofkovan.singapore!!

🌟 Classic Tokyo Teriyaki Pizza ($15)
If you're a fan of teriyaki sauce, don't give this a miss! Sweet Teriyaki sauce made the pizza so flavourful and the addition of mushrooms also provided a good slight chewy-crunchy texture! Pizza dough was soft and slightly chewy, overall q enjoyable!

This was surprisingly quite good! It's funnily shaped like a hand, and I liked how the eggplant batter was really crispy, and eggplant inside was soft.

This is a more savoury pizza that came with spicy salami, beef sausage filling, and housemade tomato sauce. It's pretty much the same sourdough texture as their Foursome tho! Overall nothing special bout it

Headed down to their Farrer Park outlet at @live.lyf.here to try the recently popular @yeastside.sg Sourdough Pizza during dinner (4-9pm only)!

Foursome with honey ($21+)
Added burrata ($7) to make it a fivesome. I'd pick this pizza over the other one for its flavour! I enjoyed the strong cheese flavours, which were namely Mozzarella, Parmesan, Blue Cheese, Cheddar but felt that the burrata could be softer and creamier! I'm usually sweet > savoury so the addition of honey was defo welcome for me. The sourdough however wasn't as fluffy as expected though. It was indeed slightly chewy, but not airy and was a little hard at some parts.

Korea town ($32++)
You do taste Korean flavours, which comes from the Gochujang & kimchi. Overall decent pizza, except some slices of the Marinated Short Rib were really chewy and almost impossible to bite through (we were guessing tendon?).

Sausage & Hot Chilies ($28++)
Homemade pork sausage is used here, and comes with pickled hot chillies. Didn't remember this to be spicy tho!

Neo-Neopolitan 12" Pizzas:
Beef Cheek Bolognese ($34++)
Slow-simmered beef cheek. Felt that their neopolitan pizza doughs are slightly tougher, especially once it cools a little.

Truffle Mushroom ($38++)
This came with truffle cream and fresh shaved truffle, but you only get a slight hint of truffle. Expected it to be really strong, but the mixed mushrooms are instead more overpowering. Personally would prefer even stronger truffle flavour, but those who love mushroom flavours more would prefer this.

Sicilian Grandma Pizzas (6" square, 2" deep pie):
Let's first talk about the dough - their Grandma Pizzas use sourdough, so it's slightly tangy in flavour. I'd say it's really unique, with it being slightly thick, crispy on the outside and slightly airy on the inside!

Mortadella & Burrata ($27++)
This was probably my favourite that night! We had 1-2 pizzas before this, so I really loved how the burrata helped to cut through some of the greasiness with its light and creamy flavour. The mortadella isn't strong unlike meats like Parma ham, so you don't get to taste much of the meat as a whole.

Pork Ginger Pizza ($25.80)
This pizza is basically Pork, Ginger, Onion, and Omelette covering a mini mountain of Cabbage. Tbh the Ginger taste was really quite strong because of the ginger slices, but I'm glad it wasn't "spicy" at all. Their dough in general looks quite thick but is actually pretty airy, except that it also loses the crispiness quite quickly.

Although quite pricey, but each pizza is 10", so just these 2 pizzas were sufficient for 4 pax (no joke). I really enjoyed their pizzas, although Takoyaki would be my favourite of the 2, and I wouldn't mind coming back again for the other flavours 😍.
