food! š
first time trying korean fried chicken at Chir Chir and I was super hooked on it!! I enjoyed the original fried chicken as well as the sour cream chicken š would love to try more of their flavours next time~
one of my favourite dishes - the Tuna Seaweed Egg Roll was filled with so much tuna meat, and the egg itself was fluffy and complements the tuna ;)
Enjoyed the tapas dishes especially the tuna mini cones! š
For starters, we had the Fresh Italian Burrata Cheese with Toasted Sourdough Bread - it was so good I almost forgot I was here for the mains haha!
For mains, we ordered the 2GR Full-Blood Wagyu MS6/7 Denver and Auskobe Wagyu Deckle. Both were super tender and juicy, and we almost couldnāt finish the steak cuts because it was really filling for 2 pax! (I guess you could say we had a FAT BELLY at the end of the meal)
To end off the meal on a sweet note, we had Basque Burnt Cheesecake which was pretty good considering that Iām usually not a fan of cheesecake.
A good steakhouse to visit if youāre interested in tasting alternative cuts of steak other than your conventional ribeye and sirloin steaks!
Delicious & affordable gyu don that fills up your tummy! Good place to eat and chill after a long day of work~ š
Being a huge fan of both mentaiko and rosti, the Mentai Rosti was what made me so excited to give this place a try since this dish was pretty highly-raved online. It is priced at $9 which is pretty affordable for 2 pax to share, and it came with the right amount of mentaiko sauce. I would say that the rosti is not really swiss-style like they mentioned since you could easily pick up the potato shreds with your chopsticks, but nonetheless the rosti was great (and we even wanted to order another serving!)
The restaurant had a nice ambience and was conveniently located right outside Outram Park MRT station. Not to mention that the food was great and so as the service staff :)
