ramen-loving all day for rainy weather like this 🥰😋

tonkatsu ramen ($13.00) with hard boiled egg on a side. absolutely love when ramen are garnished with spring onions generously. ramen soup broth was not salty and very drinkable, service crews were so friendly and approachable to assist!

Still thinking about @sushimitsuya , how lucky of us to be one of the first few diners before the crowd came!

Freshly udon with truffle tossed with ikura

• Salmon Sashimi ($12)
Topped with ikura, love how fresh and plump those sashimi slices were

• Momo Chicken Thigh ($4)
Your typical chicken thigh meat, nothing much to rave about

•Unagi Tare ($26) - mega love this, boneless and tenderly soft meat, yums!

• Enoki ($4)
Drenched with garlic bits sauce, would probably give this a miss, a tad too oily and bland for me

Will be back for unagi and cold idon next time!!!!

First ever Yakiniku experience! Got the A5 Wagyu set which came with a side of kimchi & soup. ($30++) The menu are all nett price and it’s actually quite reasonable for this set dish. Love love how the dipping sauces complement well with the marbling wagyu meat!

Monsoon chilly weather definitely go well with a bowl of pipping hot ramen, so hearty and comforting indeed! The soup broth is seasoned well without being overly salty, noodles were al-dente and served with a huge chunk of spring onions & half-boiled egg!

throwback to ramen slurpping night situated at the stretch of circular road. ordered their #1 taiwan maze soba + fried gyozas to share for 2 paxs! pretty nice and chill vibes to unwind down after work with a drink and love how springy the noodles can be, the whole combi of the noodles complement well tgt tho however it gets a little spicy for me.

will be back to try out other ramens!!! ☺️

Throwback to post cycling meal — immense craving for unagi/salmon and we headed towards @unauna.sg at Suntec for Jap cusines!

If you’re a fan of unagi, order the Hitsumanushi bowl which offers pretty decent quality bowl in different sizes! 👍🏻

This store is specially run by a Japanese couple and this place offers comforting and delightful Jap cusines at pocket-friendly price range where food quality isn’t compromise at all :)

Self explanatory post, can never go wrong ordering their shiok maki. Came here during lunch on weekday and glad that managed to get a sit for 4 at around 12pm.

The portion of the roll may have been smaller over the years, but not complaining as generally enjoyed every mouthful of it. For those who have not visited Koh Grill, you are definitely missing out but just give it a try and you’ll soon be glad to return for more!

F.a.v.o.u.r.i.t.e comfort food of all time definitely gotta be ramenz and yes you gotta head down to @suparakkiramen for their pocket-friendly ramen dishes!!! (~$7)

For the love of all things truffle, ordered the dry truffle ramen for lunch today! The aroma of truffle just kicks in when the bowl was served (& you get to add your own spices/seasonings as well) 🌟

Honestly where else are you able to hunt decent yet quality ramen without traveling to Japan? Gotta be one of my few places to satisfy my ramen fix!!! 💯
