Noodles here are always al dente, never mushy! Love the vinegar kick from the sauce too.

Reasonably priced Zi Char with generous portions! Everything was decent and yummy will definitely be back again.

First time having chilli pan mee in super long and it was decent! I loved the fried garlic and shallots they really go super well together with the sauce and the egg!

Holy crap this is one of the best fried tofu dishes Iā€™ve ever had! Super soft egg tofu that is freshly fried upon order, soaked in a delicious sauce and topped with fried shallots omg šŸ˜©

My favourite Orh Lua place because the uncle always fries until itā€™s super crispy and doesnā€™t add too much starch!

Itā€™s not as rich as the Whompoa one itā€™s still good. Itā€™s the more wet version and I really love how the seafood is super fresh and not overcooked like 90% of most other Hokkien Mee places. Thereā€™s also fatty pork which is tender and appropriately seasoned. I would say this place has the most perfectly cooked seafood as the prawns are still crunchy and the sotong is still soft - probably because the Chef is an ex-pro Chef but yes I would definitely come back again!

Curry lacks in flavour and spice. Really expected more because this place is so hyped up by everyone. Ingredients were also cold, with super small meat portions given. Rice was clumpy too. This was also quite expensive for curry rice...

Shitty picture but amazing food!

I usually prefer dry BCM but this store is literally the only exception. Grew up eating this and thereā€™s really nothing more comforting than to have this on a cold rainy day.
