This is a Must Try dish as the spiciness of this dish is not overpowering and you could taste the spice of the curry. The curry consistency is good as is not too watery or too thick. I personally love the cook of this dish very much.
Chap Chye means a mix of different vegetables. Generous amount of mushrooms given in the portion and the flavour and vegetables are cooked to perfection. Always love this dish in peranakan cooking.
