Finally got around to trying Shake Shack. I actually tried it before in Seoul but it was unmemorable. Glad that the one in SG is better.
~~
SmokeShack burger ($10.90) was a decent albeit rather spicy burger - sauce overpowered the patty for me. The bun was good but denser than how i would like it and not as crispy so as i got towards the end of the bun-soaked sauce, it reminded me of a french toast opps.
~~
Cheese fries ($5.90) was really quite delicious though for a cheese lover for me the sauce was not as cheesy but rather more creamy. However, everything else was good.
~~
Chocolate milkshake ($6.90) was creamy asf and not gelat if shared between 2 people.
~~
Shackmeister ale ($9.50) was a light and smooth ale with just a tinge of bitterness that goes well with greasy food. But for $9.50 I can’t say it’s worth it 💁🏻♀️

Overall, Shake Shack was a pretty enjoyable meal and i may just go back and try the rest of their food if the queue was shorter.
Went there for the pizza but instead it was their mac n cheese that blew my goddamn mind. Would 💯 travel for it. The mac n cheese ($16) was rich, creamy, so damn savory BUT not gelat at all.
Also tried their arrancini ($9) and it was okay. Not the best i had.
Their garlic herb prawn ($12) were quite good. Prawns were really fresh and not overcooked.
Pizzas were all good, crust were thin but none of the pizzas were extraordinary. Favorite would be their mushroom pizza. If you enjoy pizzas and happen to be nearby, would recommend heading there for a good ole’ pizza but don’t expect to be wow-ed.
*1-for-1 only applied for the pizzas.
Downside: waited for nearly 2 hours cos the cashier completely forgot our order...
