After my backpacking trip in Vietnam, I have extremely high expectations of this noodle soup which is my ultimate favourite vietnamese dish. Initially thought they served the wrong dish up as I expected the broth to be of a more reddish hue. Not the best I had in So far but would be a more satisfying meal if there’s more noodles.
Will be back to try their phos next.
