Best best best best best ice cream parlour ever.
Lemongrass earl grey has a stronger lemongrass taste. One lick and it reminds me of the days in Bali.

Strawberry basil on the other hand has a tangier note. Super refreshing, superb quality. Surprised that it’s not a sorbet. Highly recommend this ice cream on a warm day.

I want to buy a pint of every flavour!

Back to one of my favourite ice cream parlour.

Waffles comes with perfectly crispy exterior.

Chrysanthemum goji is creamy and well flavoured. Love the addition of goji berries.
However, my Favourite chrysanthemum ice cream still goes to birds of paradise.

Salted caramel was slightly underwhelming. Not too sweet but I would prefer a strong burnt taste.

One of the rare few jewels that didn’t have a price hike over the years.

Both flavours are not jarringly sweet with a pleasant accompanying tea scent. Just the way I like my macarons. Will be back for more.

Found my favourite ice cream parlour and waffle. Not easy on the wallet but I’m willing to pay for this quality.

Freshly baked waffle with the perfect ratio of crispy crust to fluffy content inside. I dare say this is the best waffle in Singapore.

Tie Guan Yin and Cold Brew Coffee ice creams are phenomenal. Their ice cream selections are so alluring, I did have some trouble downlisting the 2 flavours.

101% will be back to try every single flavour instore. Just take my money!

I think I found the nicest ice cream waffle combi🙆🏻‍♀️. Wheatmilk the sourdough waffle. Never ever goes wrong with this.

On the foreground we have Humming bird ($7.90), middle Mississippi Smore cake (8.50) and background Baileys Irish cream cheesecake ($12.50).

Other 3 friends and I agree, this place is over rated and over priced.

The cheesecake is the nicest among the ordered cakes but we really very disappointed with the subtle hint of bailey Irish cream. One can easily mistook it for a normal cheesecake. Very expensive at that price point.

Smore cake tasted dry, cheap and one dimensional kind of sweet. We were expecting a moist chocolate cake. :(

Hummingbird was made up of pineapple bits. It’s a pretty refreshing choice of cake but I found it too sweet for my liking.

We left without finishing the cakes.

Aesthetics of the cakes and cafe looks good but I guess that’s where the positive experience I had ended.

Went with a 1 for 1 credit card promo. Sweets and savouries are refillable though there isn’t much to shout about. I love the wonderful ambience with a harpist playing in the background though much can be improved with the air conditioning. My girlfriend and I were complaining about the heat throughout our afternoon tea.

I’ve lost count the amount of times I came for high tea with my girlfriends. Been a regular since the days where the tea menu still had huge array of TWG tea options. Buffet starts from 11.30am to 5pm, good spread of starters, savouries and sweets are available.
You can always find me pigging out on their sashimi and laksa counter. Don’t forget to ask for scones which are not displayed out.

Dear every hotel, this is how afternoon teas should be like. Ample of time to catch up with your companion over good tea and good food.
