Found this plate of fried rice that is supposed to resemble DTF fried rice. I still think DTF fried rice beats this plate 😅
There were more options at this hawker stall, ranging from Tom yum fried rice, mala fried rice to the basic egg fried rice. You can opt for pork or shrimp for your protein.

Grilled Cajun Sakura chicken thigh with garlic sauce, assorted Japanese mushrooms, tamago and pickled vegetables -
It was a pretty filling portion and I liked the succulence of the chicken thigh. Overall a tasty meal but it was a tad salty for me.
