The pan-seared Tasmanian sea trout’s flesh flakes off easily and the skin is crispy, served on top a dome of organic ruby rice. And I love the Matcha infused French oyster beurre blanc sauce 💕 It brings the entire dish together and I made sure to finish every drop. Not to mention that it’s healthy 🤤

💕 The grilled chicken is nice and crisp, there isn’t too much salad dressing, but doesn’t loose an ounce of flavor. The powdered cheese compliments the salad without overpowering it. I always order this when I go there. .

Ham blanketed by cheese and omelette, resting on top a soft, delicate potato pancake. Toast crunchy, but soft enough that it’s easy to sink into. Bacon crispy and not too salty. Elements to a perfect meal.

Whenever I go to a restaurant, I usually order the one thing I really like every time. Recently the @dtccsg outlet at Isetan changed their menu and I decided to try their Clam & Hotate Mentaiko Spaghetti 🍝 and it was delicious! Seafood lovers would love this!
