I used to live in Manhattan and would visit Luke's Lobster for my weekly lobster fix. since I moved to singapore I've been craving lobster rolls east coast style. I've tried some other rolls and they weren't up to standard (frozen or overcooked š ). I was told to go check out Lobsters & Ice Cream; and their maine lobster roll did not disappoint! it was nicely buttered and toasted, and the freshly cooked lobster tasted like itd been out of the sea for a few hours at most! The spice seasoning accompanied the fresh seafood really well.
Glad to have found my new weekly lobster roll fix in Singapore š
