🇸🇬 Having Tofu Fries with Seaweed ($4) for supper. The Tofu was crispy yet soft and their Seaweed seasoning tastes similar to Mcdonald's Seaweed Shaker Fries! One downside is that the Tofu was kinda bland as the seasoning was only on skin. *Changi Simei Community Carnival ends tomorrow*

Together at the same store as the Tu Tu Kueh (previous post), they sold these pancakes too. We ordered their Banana and peanut flavour ($3.50) which is actually good for 4 to share as they would slice the huge pancake up into 4 slices. The banana which they use was really good and would probably be one of the sweetest banana we ever had. The pancake's batter was thick and thus so filling that we couldn't eat anymore after.

We had the best Tu Tu Kueh at Punggol Pasar Malam! The store is in the middle lane and not the one facing the Mrt station. The store was manned by a uncle who make these kuehs. We waited for at least 20mins with only 1 person ahead of us. However, no regrets for waiting because it was SO good! An abundunt portion of Gula Melaka was given and despite that, it was not immensely sweet. Before we had it, Jae was saying she'll only have 1 since she's not a fan but guess who ate more!

Their Chicken Scotch Eggs with Peking Duck Sauce ($6) was surprisingly delicious and in fact, was the best among all that we had! The crust that wraps around the egg was made of a mixture of minced meat and breadcrumbs which was crispy and savory. The egg yolk was runny so it wasn't too dry despite being deep-fried. The Keropok and Peking Duck sauce went really well that we wished there was more Keropok!

We shared a cup of Thai Coffee and Thai Green Tea ($5). We felt that it was a tad too sweet so we reccomend that you ask for less sugar syrup! It did helped to quench our thirst especially when the bazzar was so stuffy and hot. We liked the idea of having two different drinks in a cup though!

We had their Grilled Chicken Sandwich ($8) with cheese and it was bad. The bread wasn't heated or toasted, the chicken wasn't tender too and we had a hard time trying to finish this. After this, we realised that it was better to go for stores with queue.

All IN Cheese is Potato topped with Ham, Hotdog, Tuna, Egg, Pineapple, Corn and Broccolli soaked in Cheese. This is inspired from a Taiwan's snack but since we haven't been to Taiwan, we are not sure how legit this is. Our friend told us it looked pretty similar just that there was more cheese in comparison.

Tastewise wasn't mind-blowing but it was something new to us. The Cheese flavours were strong and overpowered the taste of Broccolli which Jae dislikes. For Kae, as long as the food fills his tummy, it's yummy.
