Fusion

Read good reviews about this interesting cafe that have local delights in fusion style, decided to give it a try on this Saturday noon. Ordered Buah Keluah Pasta and a cup of cappuccino. The food looks good but it turn out to be a total disappointment. Firstly, the heat in the food was uneven - some part of the Pasta is warm, some part was not. Same goes to the pork in it, some pieces were warm and some were not. It made me think the food was pre-cooked and it was just heated up when ordered. Obviously, the heating up process was not even done thoroughly which explained the uneven in the temperature of the whole plate of food. The only comfort was the cup of cappuccino. The concept of the cafe was good but if the standard cannot be kept up to, it failed.
