This is the ultimate red bone mutton soup that everyone has to try when they are in Singapore! Such a good sinful food served with thick slices of baguette, significantly delicious. Perfect combination as you can mop up all the gravy with the bread which is amazingly deliciously sweet ans together with a tinge of spiceness. Although the meat arent too much but it is made to enjoy with a bit of gravy, a bit of meat and their MARROW. Slurppp them with a straw if you want them all as they are known to be very tender and slimy but very sweet.

This is what I came across in Beduk Interchange Hawker Center, Nasi Ayam Sambal and Mee Hoon Soto!!!!!!!! It has been forever since the last time I had Soto and yes, this Soto reached my expectation but sadly they ran out of hash (bergedil) 😭 the broth was extremely tasteful 😭😭 Oh the Nasi Ayam Sambal? Les be honest, it was not that great to me. The rice tasted so bland when it should bursting fragrant flavor and don't get me start with the condiment, very sweet, did not suit my taste buds. Sambal is a spicy condiment, so it should be spicy, well atleast to me. Overall, the Nasi Ayam Sambal was not the star of the night but the Mee Hoon Soto 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 superb!
