Served with evaporated milk, the taro balls were soft and chewy. The grass jelly is quite firm and not too sweet. The additional of fresh mango cubes certainly level up this bowl of dessert.

Peach gum are rich in collagen and the ones here had a mild taste, complementing the creamy notes of the milk.
