SIGNATURE KANSHOKU RAMEN
CHICKEN GYOZA
I love the ramen here cause it's the only place where I can finish up the entire bowl of noodles and soup without feeling sick of the thick broth.
You can select the noodles texture (soft, normal, hard) and there is a range of ramen choices you can choose from. I always get the signature cause I don't take spicy food but I tried a few mouthfuls of the spicy tonkotsu ramen from my friend and it tasted really yummy and not overly spicy.
My favorite side dish to go along with the ramen would be the chicken gyoza. It's so well done. The skin is pan-fried just right and the meat is juicy and tasty. One of my favorite gyoza in town.
BEEF TENDERLOIN PASTA
Was a little skeptical about ordering this dish as I would hate it if my beef chunks were too tough and hard for chewing. However, i could select the doneness of the beef tenderloin chunks. I had it medium rare and it was tender and juicy.
Pretty good serving size for a starving me; had quite a few chunks of beef and a good portion of pasta. I gobbled up the garlic tossed angel hair pasta.
Though i was expecting a less āsauce-yā pasta, it was still good with all the garlic-tossed sauce infused with the pasta. Overall, a very satisfying meal, with good meat and pasta.
GOLDEN FRIED FISH
At first sight, the beer battered fish looked a lil over-fried, however it tasted amazing. The skin was crisp and light. Batter was not too thick of a layer and it was full of fish which tasted so tender and tasty.
The fries was filled with potato which is good ācause fries essentially should be more potatoes, less fried batter. They were pretty crispy on the outside while being soft inside. Perfect match with the ketchup dip.
Side salad was served with some vinegar dressing. Love it whenever restaurants set aside the salad dressing for varying customersā preferences for their salad.
Each bite is packed with an amalgamation of flavors and textures, which makes the calories of this Chicken Katsu sandwich worthwhile! A symphony in the mouth is what it is!
The shredded cabbage and Japanese cucumber provide the necessary crunch while the pickled Japanese cucumber balances the oiliness of the well-fried chicken katsu, making you crave for more instead of leaving you with a mouth full of grease. The tangy tonkatsu sauce paired with the kewpie gives the perfect finishing touch to the sandwich.
Best part is that all sandwiches are served in 2 massive portions. So grab a friend to share 2 sandwiches and you literally get the best of both worlds(sandwiches)
